Jumeirah Beach Hotel Car Parking
The Jumeirah Beach Hotel Car Parking (JBHCP) outlines a needed transition towards a future of sustainable mobility to the Jumeriah Beach Development and to incorporate the additional car parking lots required from the proposed Pearl Project on the adjacent site.
Located next to Jumeirah Beach Hotel building and the Pavilion at the North-Eastern corner of the JBH development and the existing JBH parking lot to the South. The proposed structure sits on and take away seven (7) nos. of existing tennis courts and replaces 172 bays of surface car parking.
The JBHCP is a ground plus two (G+2) concrete in-situ structure proposed to accommodate a total number of 550 cars serving both the JBH and The Pearl Project visitors. Besides the cars, the JBHCP will be able to accommodate an adequate number of buggies with an adjacent waiting lounge facility. In addition, F&B and Retail units are also incorporated as part of the current schedule of accommodation.

Andalusia Courtyard
Community Shopping Centre, located in the heart of Living Legends, at Dubailand, one of Dubai’s most significant developments that has easy access to the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Al Ain Road and is next to the Al Barari and Mohammad Bin Rashid City. 
The Retail centre is designed with Andalusian architecture touch, serving 500 independent villas and 2,200 apartments spanning over 12 apartments blocks which are based on a 9-hole world class Golf course.  The centre is a combination of four masses organized around a generous plaza which opens and merges with the surroundings generating an exceptional urban feeling.
All the Retail and F&B spaces area located at the ground level with direct access from the street and the interior plaza and different kinds of programs will be hosted on the upper floor.

Al Furjan Boulevard 
Al Furjan Boulevard has a mix of contemporary boutique stores and food and beverage outlets – all constructed using modular structures. It stands in stark contrast to the city’s familiar malls – while still focusing on high-end eateries and retail outlets the whole concept reflects a different environment and landscape – young, vibrant and pulsing with street-level energy.  
 The complex showcases a number of cafés and restaurants with outdoor seats boasting local and international flavours,  along side other amenities such as Kids Play Area and free parking at the front and back of the Boulevard.

Motomania Auto Mall
The world's largest auto mall, a mall that only houses car showrooms and other related stuff, the building complex will cover an area of 326,000 square meters and consists of five floors. Two of the five floors will be located below the ground and each superstructure floor will have a area of 30,000 square meters.
Besides housing car showrooms, for both new and used cars, the mall will also hold 65 eateries, 42 private car service stations and 16 banks. Naturally, the place will also have car insurance companies located in the premises, along with the trading companies.
The builders estimate about 5 million visitors will come to the mall in a year and to accommodate those many visitors the mall will have parking space for 1200 cars.
